Doug Murray has been helping companies and individuals develop their vision, goals and plans
for over 30 years. He was the founder and Senior Pastor of a highly successful local church for
26 years. During those years Doug traveled nationally and internationally, speaking and
mentoring with the leadership teams of other churches and non-profit organizations. He is
known for his unique ability to communicate an age old message with a modern day application
without compromising the integrity of God’s Eternal Word.
In 2004 Doug retired as Senior Pastor and became founder and CEO of the By Design Group, a
leadership and training firm. His focus was helping both non-profit and for-profit organizations
with developing their strategies, structures and systems to build synergy.
Doug continues his life-long passion of getting the maximum results out of people and
organizations. He uses leading edge techniques to helping growing companies get the
maximum performance out of their associates through engagement. Doug’s methods will help
