“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” ~Galatians 6:9

The first of the year has begun and many are eager to run with the vision and make all those goals manifest.  But life happens, obstacles arise.  Do not become discouraged.  The vision shall come to pass, if you faint not.  I have found that the enemy hits the hardest in two areas.  The first one is when you make a decision that you are going to give one hundred percent into the direction, purpose or plan of God in your life.  When you take that first step into changing or improving anything, you can expect the enemy to fight you.  He is a liar and a thief.  Do not listen to him, and pay him no mind.  Keep focusing on the prize set before you and trust that God is going to work all things together for your good.  (~Romans 8:28).

The second area that I have seen the enemy come in and attack, maybe even more severe than the first, is right before God is about to move.  This one is planned out, strategized and in full force to take you down.  The enemy will do anything he can to cause doubt, fear, and unbelief.  I have witnessed this tactic in the lives of hundreds, if not thousands and in my own personal life as well.  The devil knows that your blessing is coming, and he knows when it is about to happen.  If you begin to see things seemingly falling apart, even if it is partially because of something you have done or not done, do not let discouragement take over.  The thoughts of, “it’s never going to change”, or “this is it, there’s no hope” are lies!  God is with you and HE is ABLE!

“Finally my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.  Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.  Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”  ~ Ephesians 6:11-13

No matter how hard the enemy is hitting you right now, you can STAND knowing that God is going to strengthen you, empower you and cause all things to work together for your good.  (~Romans 8:28).  He knows your situation, and has already gone before you to make a way for you.  Not only is He going to make a way for you, I promise you that He WILL raise up a standard!  ~(Isaiah 59:19)  Your miracle is right around the corner.  Continue to stand in faith and allow your setback to position you for a greater comeback.
